Forked from original design by BSM Krizdo4/@cheddar128 on klingonacademy.com this version is designed to download stock ships for re-texturing the stock game only. 

Here is the full stock ship pack. Unzip this locally, then open the top level folder in the viewer to see the models and scenes, you can then modify textures in-situ and see the results at once. Do this in a copy of the Stock Ships as you need to keep the original to restore the original ships. 

Krizdo4's viewer supports lighting, tranparency and ginsu and scene based animations (LWS) and different LOD models all driven from the SHP file. 

One you have modified the stock ship textures and tested them you can then copy the Ships and Textures folders back into the installation. Doing this will overwrite the stock ship. If you keep the original stock ship folder before modding you can just copy that back to restore it.
